Sarah Palin Biography Paperback

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

In case you have been living under a rock or a really big tree, John McCain has asked Alaskan governor Sarah Palin to be his running mate in this years Presidential Election. But the question is, how much do you know about Sarah? I for one would like to read up on her (and her Republican background) as much as I can in order to have the best idea of whom I am voting for. Sarah: How a Hockey Mom Turned Alaska’s Political Establishment Upside Down, is an illustrated paperback published by Epicenter Press and written by Kaylene Johnson has recently been reprinted for the public. This biography is all about Sarah’s 2006 election into the Alaskan state government, and how her strong-minded ethics allowed her to become Alaska’s first (and youngest) female governor. The book also illustrates Sarah Palins drive and ambition as she was at first considered nothing but a long shot, but how her “barracuda” nature quickly won over her opposition in a landslide victory. Her acts in government had enough backbone to help reform many policies and helped bring politics back to the people. If John McCain thought it prudent to ask Sarah to be the next potential Vice President of the United States, perhaps we should see what she is all about.

Presidential Election Bumper Stickers

Monday, September 8th, 2008

That time is quickly approaching when we must make a final decision as to whom the next President of the United States of America is going to be. Regardless of your party (be it Republican, Democratic, Bi-Partisan, etc.) it’s always good to show a little support by showcasing a Presidential Election Bumper Sticker on your car. If you are a fan of Obama, get a “Barack Obama 2008” bumper sticker or, if you are going Republican, try a “John McCain 2008” oval sticker. You may be more against one party than for another, so there are even bumper stickers attacking the opposition! These stickers come in 2 sizes (medium and large) and are digitally printed on extremely durable 4-mil waterproof polypropylene. One issue that both parties are working towards is a greener tomorrow. In order to help this process, every Presidential election bumper sticker recycles as plastic to help ensure less garbage waste later on. If you are looking for something a bit more substantial in terms of Presidential support, Amazon is offering a wide variety of Presidential Apparel, patches, pins, ornaments, and stickers too.

Either way you look at it, this is going to be a very interesting election year as both candidates are highly qualified, and are facing an uphill task in the oval office.
