We have all been patiently waiting (by patiently I mean searching the internet on a daily basis for new info and clips) for the new GTA IV: Liberty City. At it’s roots, the newest version of Grand Theft is centered around a Russian immigrant who comes to New York City at the request of his cousin. Wouldn’t you know it, but the promise of riches is not as easy to obtain as originally expected. Turning to the Russian mafia, our hero faces a multitude of tasks while obviously still avoiding the fuzz, and keeping alive on the streets. Exhibiting next generation game play with the ability to go up and down buildings, the stunning details of street life, faster cars, and in depth plot lines may just be the making of the most full throttle GTA yet.

With the new technologies surrounding the PS3, it is only fitting that the new wireless controller also has some fancy abilities. Conceptually, the controller is just like the PS2, with the 2 analog sticks, L2/R2 buttons, and “shaped” buttons, etc. It may look the same, but it does not act the same. With motion sensors inside the controller itself, games will react to various motions during normal game play such as thrusts and tilts . The blue-tooth technology also included will allow up to 7 wireless controllers to join the fun, so no one will be sitting on the sidelines during a game of Madden. And, no need for batteries with these puppies either. By plugging the new SIXAXIS into a USB, the lightweight controller will be charged through the PS3 itself!

The floors are filled with empty boxes and shredded wrapping paper, it looks like another Christmas has come and gone. That being said, now is the time to buy something your kids will actually enjoy. With the Magnetix iCoaster they actually have the ability to build their own roller coaster, and watch it come alive. With various design options, the multiple loops and Magnetix bridge will keep the 10MM metal spheres going up, down, and around for as long as you would like. Though come to think of it, how good is a roller coaster without a little music? Mega Brands thought about this as well, and decided to add 10 different beats, and up to 20 sample tracks for a child to choose from. This gives kids the ability to literally add their own soundtrack to the ride that they have built! For ages 10-14 (due to some small parts) this toy is a great way for kids to learn a bit about the power of magnets, while using their imagination to create their very own coaster
