Due to an unprecedented (yet foreseeable) weather condition, the Philadelphia Phillies World Series Game 5 was postponed after only 5 and a half innings. It just so happens to be a situation where the Philadelphia Phillies could have clinched, done it at home, and in exactly 5 games, with ace pitcher Cole Hamels on the mound. I am not a superstitious person, but I believe the curse of Billy Pen is real, and in full force. Meanwhile commissioner of baseball Bud Selig was going to resume the game tonight, however from the looks of it outside I just don’t see how that is going to be possible.
