Healthy Dieting is not always the easiest thing to do. In fact, it may seem a little easier (and therefore better) to go on a “crash diet” or take a “diet in a pill”, which may take off weight faster than other means. This is not a healthy way of loosing weight! The fact remains that once you are done with these systems, weight will jump right back on, and besides who really even knows about the health risks associated with such things. What a healthy diet consists of is exercise, and healthy foods. For this reason, Doctors have conferred and created a weight loss plan known as Bistro MD. As seen on the Dr. Phil show, Bistro MD is a weeklong food plan, which has an emphasis on tasty gourmet style platters, without the fat, salt, and calories associated with most of our diets. These food plans will consist of 3 square meals a day (with or without snacks), for either a full 7 days, or a 5-day workweek. Bistro MD’s healthy dieting plan will incorporate foods like BBQ chicken, Beef Stir Fry, Chicken Teryaki, Grilled Ahi Tuna, North Atlantic Pollock, and much more!
