Leatherman Surge Multi-Tool
Regardless of being on the trail or in the burbs, a Leatherman Surge Multi-Tool will always come in handy. If you have used a Leatherman tool before, than you already know how compact, durable, and sharp they can be. Following suit, this latest model has longer blades, stronger pliers, and the sharpest scissors to ever grace the pocket size tool kit. With an all stainless steel construction (so it will never rust), the tool only weighs 12.5 oz. and checks in at a mere 4.5 inches. Do not expect aht because of the small size, the Surge is not extremely versatile! Included is a clip point knife, serrated knife, and saw blade, all of which are locking for safety purposes. It also includes two types of pliers and wire cutters, various screw drivers and bits, a couple of different files, a lanyard ring, bottle opener, and even a few more nice little gadgets. Just as a caution, the blades of the Leatherman Surge Multi-Tool are extremely sharp so please use some discretion. As for the tool itself, Leatherman can take the drops, bangs, falls, cracks, and moisture better than any other tool of its kind.
